На предприятиях олигарха Фирташа идут обыски, его подозревают в неуплате налогов

Генпрокуратура Украины сообщила, что провела 20 марта несколько обысков в офисных помещениях предприятий, подконтрольных олигарху Дмитрию Фирташу. Фирташ в настоящее время находится в Австрии. По утверждению пресс-службы Генпрокуратуры, его подозревают в неуплате налогов на сумму более полумиллиарда гривен (19 млн. долларов).  Следователи считают, что в 2015-2017 годах на ЧАО “Северодонецкое объединение Азот”, ПАО “Азот”, ПАО “Ривнеазот”, ГП “Химик” ПАО “Азот” и других компаниях, которые входят в принадлежащую Фирташу бизнес-группу “Group DF”, были созданы несколько “фиктивных предприятий и подконтрольных страховых компаний”: страховая компания “Саламандра-Украина”, “Дом Страхования” и другие.  С ними входящие в группу предприятия заключали договоры страхования и перечисляли фиктивные страховые взносы. “Были застрахованы заведомо ненужные страховые случаи, которые фактически не наступили и не должны были наступить, о чем достоверно было известно членам преступной группировки”, – подчеркнула Сарган. Далее из страховых компаний якобы выводились деньги через фиктивные кредитные договоры и договоры купли-продажи “мусорных” ценных бумаг других фиктивных предприятий и подставных физических лиц. “Страховые компании страховали риски невозврата кредитов, выданных финансовой компанией в адрес фиктивных предприятий и подставных лиц. Такие кредиты не планировались к возвращению, о чем заранее было известно членам преступной группировки, – описала схему Сарган. – После прогнозируемого невозврата этих кредитов, страховые компании осуществляли полное возмещение таких фиктивных рисков с последующим выводом наличных через банковские учреждения”. Украинский Forbes оценивает состояние Дмитрия Фирташа в $251 млн. Среди его самых важных активов названы банк “Надра” (обанкротился), “Региональная газовая компания”, “Черкассыгаз”, “Крымский титан”, “Укргаз-Энерго”, “Остхем Украина”. Предприятия, о которых идет речь, в основном производят минеральные удобрения.  Фирташ 12 марта 2014 года был задержан австрийскими правоохранительными органами в Вене по запросу ФБР. Задержание произвело управление по борьбе с организованной преступностью, при этом федеральная полиция Австрии сообщила, что Фирташ находится в розыске с 2006 года и обвиняется во взяточничестве и создании преступного сообщества. Однако вскоре после задержания бизнесмен был отпущен на свободу под рекордный для Австрии залог в 125 млн.
