Zaragoza, 5 nov (EFE).- El secretario general del PSOE, Pedro Sánchez, ha defendido hoy que la Justicia actúe en un Estado democrático, pero ha reivindicado que “la única solución” al “problema” de Cataluña se encuentra en la vía “política” y no en la penal.
En estos términos se ha expresado el líder de los socialistas en la clausura del congreso del PSOE Aragón, del que ha salido reelegido como secretario general de la federación aragonesa Javier Lambán, presidente de la comunidad, al que Sánchez ha asegurado que ayudará en cuanto esté en su mano para vencer en las elecciones autonómicas de 2019.
La crisis de Cataluña, marcada en estos últimos días por la estancia del expresident Carles Puigdemont en Bruselas y por la entrada en diferentes prisiones madrileñas de buena parte del que fuera su gabinete, ha dominado gran parte de la intervención de cierre de Sánchez, y así, ha proclamado que “no hay soluciones penales a problemas políticos”. Madrid, 5 nov (EFE).- Los partidos independentistas obtendrían 65 escaños en las elecciones catalanas del 21D y se quedarían a tres de la mayoría absoluta, en tanto que el bloque constitucionalista ganaría un diputado y pasaría a tener 57 representantes en el Parlamento catalán, según una encuesta que publica hoy La Razón.
El sondeo, realizado por NC Report, se basa en un millar de entrevistas hechas en Cataluña entre el 30 de octubre y el 3 de noviembre, después de la entrada en vigor del artículo 155 de la Constitución, de la huida de Puigdemont a Bruselas y del encarcelamiento del exvicepresidente del Govern, Oriol Junqueras, y de ocho exconsellers.
Los datos revelan que el PDeCat, ERC y la CUP sumarían 65 escaños si se presentaran a las elecciones por separado el 21D, siete menos que los 72 que lograron en septiembre de 2015 Junts pel Si (ERC y PDeCat) y la CUP, que concurrieron entonces en listas distintas.
Los partidos constitucionalistas en esta ocasión, según indica la encuesta, mejorarían sus resultados respecto a las elecciones autonómicas de 2015 y de tener 52 representantes en el Parlamento catalán pasarían a contar con 57, lo que equivale a un 4,6% de crecimiento en porcentaje de voto.
El PP sería el partido más beneficiado por esa subida y ganaría dos diputados (de 11 pasaría a 13), los mismos que sumaría Ciudadanos (tendría 27 frente a los 25 actuales), en tanto que el PSC incorporaría un representante (ahora tiene 16 escaños y tendría 17).
ERC ganaría las elecciones autonómicas del 21D, según la encuesta, con 42 diputados; CSQP (Catalunya Sí que es Pot) tendría 13 escaños y la CUP perdería 4 y se quedaría con 6 representantes.
Los partidos independentistas ganarían un diputado si concurren en coalición el 21D (PDeCat, ERC y la CUP) y contarían de este modo con 66 escaños; los constitucionalistas (Ciudadanos, PSC y PP) se quedarían con 57 diputados, tanto si se presentan juntos como si lo hacen por separado, y CSQP tendría 12, en caso de que haya coaliciones, y 13, si no las hay.
En cualquier caso, el sondeo indica que las formaciones constitucionalistas conseguirían menos votos si concurren a las elecciones catalanas en coalición que si lo hacen por separado, aunque el número de escaños no variaría y se mantendría en 57. EFE
